All have been created, planned, measured and “sweated out” by our local operator, whose founder, Angelo Bandini, has no equals in his in-depth knowledge of cycling in Abruzzo. He has organised tours for a mostly international clientele for more than twenty years, all founded on warm relationships established with outstanding restaurateurs and hoteliers in the most picturesque locations of the region. All tour guides trained by Angelo are passionate, knowledgeable and highly committed.
These tours take place in undiscovered regions of Italy, ranging from seven to nine days and are rated from an easy-going level 1 for those on their first cycle tour; to level 5 for seasoned club riders that wish to train on spectacular mountain trails.
All tours are a guided adventure with support and transport vehicle for groups of minimum 6 cyclists but are also available as self-guided for minimum 2 riders (we take care of the heavy loads, transporting your luggage from hotel to hotel, while you follow our carefully studied itinerary).
You can also liaise directly with Angelo who is happy to answer any questions, technical or otherwise. He will take the time to understand your requirements and priorities, and will liaise with you throughout the process until the perfect cycling trip has been tailored for you and operated to the highest standards of service.
